They don\'t even get snow here! (Unless you drive a few hours!) I grew up in West Los Angeles and most of the first 37 years of my life were enjoyed within 5 miles of the Pacific Ocean. Alas, now if I run outside in my bare feet I am going to be stepping in snow! I\'ve got a nice routine going where I ride my recumbent exercycle for an hour in the morning and drop Entrecards at the same time. You\'re absolutely right that the challenge of working at home without a lot of structure can make it difficult to remember to exercise.
