Well if you have read my previous post on LinkReferral you will know that I have been spending time trying to find good ways to get traffic to my site.
Of course, Entrecard has been wonderful, but it is also very time consuming! I definitely will stick around there, I just need more traffic! Don't we all?
Now I just found Traffic Era a few hours ago and all I can say is WOW!
It is another credit generating traffic site like Entrecard and LinkReferral and although both of those are excellent, this one is also excellent!
The more traffic the merrier!
It's only been a few hours and I'm already addicted to it!
Let me explain how it works:
You 'surf' sites in their framed tool bar. For each second you stay on the site you receive 1 credit. You stay 10 seconds to get 10 credits. In the frame on the top you then need to confirm you've seen the site by clicking the corresponding number. If you like the site you can bookmark it to view later (or now).
It's a great idea for splash pages and other sites that I have, but I'm also trying it out on this site. With the FREE Silver package you get to add up to 3 sites you want to advertise. I've listed this site and two others I have.
It took me 6 minutes (maybe 10) to get the 300 credits I needed to start directing traffic to all 3 of my sites (minimum is 100 credits - at 1 credit a second, it takes you just under 2 minutes).
There are lots of other ways to earn credits to spend on advertising as well including referrals, PV (personal value reset each week), joining teams or groups and competing to earn credits
It sounds a bit confusing but they have excellent tutorials and it's all explained and becomes more clear as you try it.
If you want more traffic to you site and you are finding advertising hard to do, then definitely try out Traffic Era!
