Wow! Yesterday I discovered EntreCard! What an experience! It is a non-stop maze if I can call it that!

Over the last two days I have been spending way too much time reading other people's blogs and not enough time working on mine. I am not sure if that is a bad thing or not! I think it's a good idea to read other people's blogs so that you can get ideas and learn from other people's experiences. That is usually one of the main reasons they, like I, are writing a blog.

I've added the EntreCard 'Site of the Day' widget to my site and boy has there been a massive jump in not only traffic, but comments and members!

I also installed the scratchback topspots application on the right sidebar and within an hour MakingMoneyOnlineWorld had registered! Thank you!

You may be able to notice, the topspots widget does not fit in the sidebar graphic! I emailed the designers today as they were advertising free custom designs on their site and asked about getting one with a smaller width. They said it should be ready by the end of January. So I'll keep this one as it is looking funny until I can find a better one!

Also, I have decided to unsubscribe from blogit due to the high subscription cost and low return. Over the few weeks that I've been a member I've made $1.25! Not exactly worth my time.

Does anyone know a good image design program? I remember years ago when banners were popular, then they went out of fashion and text was the way to go! Now it seems banners are definitely back! All different sizes and shapes. I'm looking for a good 125x125. Can someone please let me know which program is best to use to make them? Thanks!

I'd like to give you a big warm welcome to Entrecard.

If you are looking for a 125 ad.. Spend about an hour dropping cards and then go to the Entrecard shop, you'll find the link in your Dashboard. There are a few vendors that will make you a card for 250-600 credits. If you find you cannot afford that. Let me know and I will whip you up something in the meantime. Although it probably wouldn't be as good as the people can do in the shop.

If you are looking for do it yourself banner ads I recommend you get your hands on a sweet freeware program called irFanView. It is so easy to use even my 83 year old mother-in-law picked it up and uses it everyday.

It allows you to crop photos, add text and place multiple images together to make a new image.

Heidi: I can relate....

Hey nice to see your blog... very similar to mine! I'm finding that I'm doing more networking for my blog rather than filling my blog with content. Also, since the traffic to my blog is artificially generated thru these networking sites, I'm not getting any return thru my Adsense. As far as creating banners or ads, the universe is the limit in Photoshop... that is... if you happen to have it. You can download a free 30-day trial from Adobe.com.
